You need to cycle your team to upkeep various buffs and other factors to perform the best but if all neko can do to deal damage is wait for attacks to dodge then she is useless (which she is even though I still play her). Soldier now has the perfect answer to dodge counters by not being dependent on it but can still do cool stuff with it. If dodge coutners should be nekos thing still she should be given like a resource that lets her do dodge counters regardless of what the opponent does for example. Then you can stop also relying on quick assists which is half the time a dps loss. In any case her gameplay is ass in this current state so it doesn't matter how viable she can be made. She needs new ways to work with her "mechanics" or just completely different ones all together.

She needs a resource to manage and an actually useful EX special. Some other anon already said it but letting her make a self detonating clone of herself would actually be a good idea because it would literarily double her damage the more time it's out and you can force your own dodge counter on command if needed.
