The plushie upgrade and sword ult upgrade are both mediocre even though you want to use the sword ult most often.No matter what the E and sword dash are top priority for tankpool, guns can always be plinking but you have to pop the E to make them do more than plink, swords do real damage but are dependent on teams and map and positioning to get more value with, and the bubble shield and sword ults are great but have low return from the upgrades so they're low priority.

Once your vamp stacks are up using it is actually a net-negative as it heals you less than the m1.
