I'm going to be honest, I think Firenze minions would be completely fine even with their current numbers on everything if they... just attacked on their own. If they provided some passive dps, and then additional follow ups in the attack chain/skill, it would be higher damage than her skill build, and more than enough for most players. But they don't. Right now they feel less like actual minions and more like Chitose clone procs with retarded scaling.

But judging from how things deal damage I believe conditionals are solely representing "do you get this buff or not", not "what gets this buff".Aka a buff for a specific skill that's permanently there, like Nazuka's Flower Formation "Increases the Flower Formation's Ventus DMG by 115%" would ADD to base values of discs etc. Meanwhile the same character's "Increases all Vanguard and Versatile Ventus Trekkers' Ventus DMG by 63% in the squad." would multiply with the former, because it checks if the character gets this and only if the requirement is there the buff gets applied.It's a lot of guess-work, but from the way things played out so far I believe this to be true. Mark is the only build where it's really easy to test.

Nearly every non-atk buff is Base. Atk is always %The only exception I've seen is Nazuna's Mark Dmg buff.Other conditionals like Nazuka's if Flower Formation are all base tagged. Conditional or not.In the case of minions and active Atk, tagging is still always % still. But, minion's base atk = passive atk of summoner.Then the base of the minion gets a full undiluted buff from the active atk buff.
