Yeah, the United Maritime Patrol AI is broken so anyone you confederate is basically gone. It's good to use for Teclis and Imrik and Aleaf because they will be dead or close to dead by the time you can get them anyway and you will have to give their former lands to Tyrion, but Tyrion and Alarielle have to stay alone. I also dislike how low Aislinn's hero caps are. Dechala has far more palaces than you do colonies, she can turn every major settlement into one, and she can get 3 of each hero per palace, while Aislinn with his limited-ass colonies can only get 1 cap of some heroes, not even all. One of the community updates or something back in Nov I think. Admitted vampirate DLC was a rushed mess and they basically fucked it up and will be doing a pass on it at some point before EoS because it is so shit next to every other dlc. Part of it they outright stated they fucked up with cholestral and aranessa, one they still claim they think is a cool 'OCdonutsteel' that should have been in a different DLC and faction and Aranessa SHOULD have been in Norsca. GW was in the habit at the time of giving them enough rope and they hung themselves trying to make something that fit the political climate - ie 50% male and female LL dlc. They even mentioned there were and are better vampirate lords they could have picked but since GW did NOT force them they decided not to sue them.

Why is the god of treachery and greed represented by a Bull? Bulls are not treacherous.
Why is the god of blood and anger represented by a Wolf? Wolves are not associated with anger or violence (unless you're in The Grey, I guess.)
Why is the god of pleasure and excess represented by a Snake? Snakes aren't excessive they just wanna eat and sit in the sun.

Nah, GW didn't want it to become the "Dreadfleet" DLC, which is why CA had to scramble and come up with an OC to fill the undead roster, making it a VampCoast DLC instead. Had they done 2 LLs + 2 LL OCs or just 2 LL Vampire Coast we could've gotten more Dreadfleet characters for their respective factions down the line. But, since they tied Aranessa to VampCoast and established that this is THE pirate faction, it's unlikely we'll ever see them now.

Honestly, I play at multiple lgs due to work sending me all over the country (Australia) but to regular places. Warhammer days are almost exclusively 40k with one table being HH and one AoS if there is a promo with GW going on. Otherwise if I see non 40k Warhammer its older editions using applicable AoS models.

Whether that is enough points - no idea you should look up whatever edition (I think they are on 3rd) a typical game requires. Army lists are a good source for comps and will have the points it is going for in the explanation.

For example I play Black Templars and have enough stuff on me to play 3k, 2k and 1.5k. Larger armies change my army list due to more vehicles etc.

Hashut is because he is a stand in for the jewish god Molech who is depicted as a bull you make blood sacrifices via burnt offerings. Treachery and greed, as well as dominance and slavery being part of his ideal should be self explanatory.

Khorne is also the god of martial prowess and wolves as a group use skill as well as physical prowess to hunt. Hunting (without magic or ranged weapons) can also be seen as a physical challenge.

Slaanesh is because of temptation ala Satan tempting eve in the garden of Eden while using the form of a snake. Snakes have been synonymous as a symbol of corruption and temptation for thousands of years. Like the old joke goes; "Eve lived in the Garden of Eden and wanted for nothing...but it still was not enough and she caused the fall of Man chasing 'more'."

Or, women only want 2 things 'more and something else'.

the extra RoR, if you don't mind their looks there's the fey wood elves reskin (a bit too much though), wood elf outposts and the one where you spread the forest, Mixu's LLs and the extra landmarks. If you want to defend the forest against hordes of chaos probably get the apocalypse mod of your choice. Enjoy!
