Couple of things to note, Willow still has a 10 moxie cap so at most she can keep her ult up for 6 turns (0,2,4,6,8,10), where it usually farted out at 4 because you didnt have enough AP to keep it up while spamming Tuesday cards. When Tuesday recasts her array Hags Bane applied will reset but her ult will still keep recasted Hags Bane ramped up. Only takes 2 turns to get into ult now.
