Is it just me or is Nod Krai background lore presentation even more disorienting than the genshin standard? Learning about Reed Miller + the Cognoscenti, the Scions, Hyperboreans, etc... was particularly difficult to keep track of because you are constantly jumping between time periods and perspectives. >>554544442As someone who witnessed Neuv at C0, C1, C4 and C6, C0 Neuv was always a mid unit in terms of numbers, Mine did like 40-50k. Most of his power comes from the aoe beam. You usually waste 1 slot for a shielder to not get knocked out of your CA and you can't slot in another hydro if you want to proc his A1 fully. Before Ineffa the only available shielders barely gave you damage. At C1 he gets a boost from getting IR and being able to slot 1 hydro into his team. That's where he becomes relatively strong. But I wouldn't compare him to Mavuika powercreep or the current DPS-es.
