Even though some of the 00s are slightly better (Liu Ryoshu is a bit better), you're not gonna actually use any of those 00s long term. Kurokumo Hong Lu however is actually very very good for a 00, and you'll probably use him a good while (though if you want to save threads, LCB Sinner Hong Lu is actually the best base ID so pick ur poison)Heishou Gregor is quite solid, he's a more recent Identity, and is relatively self sufficient. Once you get him to uptie 3, he should be the strongest you have access to, unsurprisingly. As for what to save your shards for, it sorta depends, but I'd personally recommend the new Index Proxy Don Quixote. She's very strong and is entirely self sufficient. Her gimmick is very easy to understand as well, so I'd go for her, but really, don't worry too much until you hit a wall. Levels are by far the most important thing though, The more you fall behind the enemies the harder and harder it will be to clash with them. 3 level difference= 1 clash power
