One thing I haven't seen anyone mention about Toki is how she's a really good autoattacker. She has 9 hits per autoattack and her sub skill adds 11.8% damage per hit effectively doubling her damage. I rechecked the stream and it does match and there seems to be around 2 seconds between each autoattack. 18 hits per 2 seconds, a bit less factoring in reloading, is amazing for Hovercraft P2 and she does decent damage too and has red armor unlike Hina.I can't think of a reason to use her for CC or heal + cleanse. The problem is she can't heal herself so if you want to bring her as an only healer she will have trouble surviving. I was thinking maybe Shirokuro to cleanse the first feather and allow a 750 range student in slot 3 to get knocked into a safespot, but she herself has 550 range so can't get into a safespot herself. Maybe you have 650 Toki 750 650 and just let her retreat.
