I got all 3 steam monhun games during the sale and have been trying to get through them. I just got to iceborn in world, how much longer do I have if I just want to finish the story? I'm honestly not a huge fan of world and would like to get to rise next to see if it's a game worth grinding in. I was going to post a full tiermaker chart of MH4U large monster rankings so that I can get a lot of (you)s, but making the tierlist made me realize just how much the game's roster is filled with dogshit monsters I just can't be bothered to fight beyond what is mandatory (eg: key quests) and what is necessary for gear optimization (eg: I need a Rejuvenated Beak and other parts from Garuga to make the very useful Garuga Mask that provides free earplugs).The game has some of my favorite fights in the series, like Brute Tigrex, Stygian and Tigerstripe Dobson, as well as the best version of Gore Magala in the series (one that isn't a spastic cunt and it has satisfying front leg trip thresholds).
