After playing hundreds of games over the years, almost all of them as support, these are my general observations about the kinds of players playing adcs:>Aphelios - feels like most players don't really know how this champ plays (neither do I) and just yolo buttons and it's usually good enough>Ashe - the prototypical filled adc, usually very bad>Corki - adc champ which probably has the biggest possible skill range among adc champs - most players are quite bad but very rarely you get an absolute beast>Ezreal - likes to poke but on average not necessarily more aggressive than rest>Jhin - plays for the fantasy, more selfish than rest>Kalista - was all over when this champ was released, nowadays when you get one they usually know what they are doing>Lucian - consistently selfish assholes, only play for themselves, will never help you unless it also helps them>Miss Fortune - in the past the players used to be weaker than average, nowadays it's all over>Tristana - the good ones are usually more selfish than average, oftentimes feels like they are playing solo lane but this is mostly due to how this champ is designed>Twitch - for some reason this champ used to attract cohort of players which were very bad, nowadays it's all over>Teemo - in theory seems like interesting adc but it rarely works, the same goes for teemo support (I tried)>Varus - not many players nowadays, in the past it felt on average they were emotionally more unstable types, complaining and blaming support more often than othersAll other adcs are all over the place in terms of skills and personality, I don't have any preconceptions about them.Also the kind of adc which bitches at support for stealing kills or whatever in the endgame scorecard 85+% of cases they will have less player damage done than me.>pic unrelated

I hate the new role quests so much let me explain with an exampleI play top and this was my last game.At 6 minutes I walk out of base. The enemy jungler is on vision in river and so I move to collapse with my jungler and midI get a kill for my trouble but I only get 152 gold despite the enemy jungler only being 0/1 prior to this. This quick and successful roam meaningfully put me behind in quest progressThe enemy jungler later dives me 1 for 1 and the enemy mid roams to kill me as I push the wave. This is partially my fault but nevertheless also puts me behind without my opponent doing anything. In fact he died more times than me he just died earlier, so he didn’t lose as much progress while dead, and stayed in lane more.At 12 minutes my mid gets solokilled and top is pushing towards the enemy so I move out of base to mid. The matchup is really good if we swap so we do.Both of us are successful but despite the game already reaching 12 minutes my quest is not complete. So because of this swap it is not finished for me or my mid until like 20 minutes or something.I have never seen the role quests add anything. All it does is punish proactive plays as a laner and make jungle more influential..So I can’t leave lane, swap either temporarily out of base or fully, I can’t walk into river without getting punished, I can’t leave lane every since plates never fall off. I can’t leave lane after my quest to fight drake as tier 2 now has plates so your enemy laner gets insane gold even if you stop them from taking the tower.I did not sign up to babysit lane and give up all agency, who likes this shit?
