The Crossworlds idw tie in has been delayed three times and is now going to release AFTER Tangle and Whisper release. I'm pretty sure they were supposed to release in December going by the old code and they've been delayed to compensate for the comic and it still amounted to nothing but more delays

She's gotta be an old lady by now seeing as she was just born 50 years ago, then again, I suppose depending on how well one takes care of themselves at age 50 they can still be active.Honestly, I'd be into it, I wouldn't mind for Shadow to actually have something in this world to give a fuck about other than "Protect it because Maria wanted me to" I'd like him to have both that and "Protect it because there are a few things I care about here", but I can also understand why Inzuka wants to keep Shadow at "protect it because Maria wanted me to" since that's what the guy in "Please protect my earth" ends up doing with his life at the end and Shadow is heavily based on that character, I think it's true for Spawn as well but I've never read his comics so I don't know his lore, I don't know if that's true for Batman, his lore and core character has swapped so many writers over decades I don't know if he started out having things he wanted to protect in this world ever or not. Then again, this could all be moot and I'm over thinking it and Shadow does have things he cares about here and choose to protect them both out of his self imposed obligation to Maria and because he cares about those things, his actions speak louder than his words after all, I suppose that's probably a reason why writing him in the comic to Inzuka's standards are so difficult given IDW's story structure compared to blade of courage's story structure, BOC focuses entirely on Sonic and the boy whose name I keep forgetting where as IDW jumps narratives constantly no one character is ever the focus of an arc or mini arc the perspective always shifts from Sonic to Surge to Tangle, to Amy, to Eggman to Jet to to whoever, Archie was schizo like this as well, as a result we'd constantly have pages and pages of characters explaining things to each other then maybe a page and a half of plot advancement.
