The overall kit is incredibly weak to balance around his broken utility. The ability to basically teleport anywhere on the map from spawn makes trading 1 for 1's really broken, and he's able either abuse the map to pull people (read mostly vanguards) with very little counterplay or just simply pull them deep into his team like a wolverine, which also results in their death. Nobody is really having fun here except maybe the spidey but in the instances where he's not able to abuse the enemy team, the spidey also feels incredibly helpless to contribute, since at high ranks people are able to easily track him and his ttk is really high for a very fragile hero
