The training portals let you get every mat you need, which means you should only go when you need the material. I run out of stamina even while using the bonus tickets, because they give you 2x rewards while doubling the stamina cost.

What is the most efficient thing to spend stamina on? So far I think it's protoprisms since you need a fucking absurd amount of them and every single operator uses them until skill level 6, so they're a safe investment and the rate you get them from level 3 protocol spaces isn't abysmal while it feels like most other options are worthless outside of doing the max level option which isn't currently possible. Each skill upgrade is like an 8% damage increase so it's also always worth making skills asap like in Arknights
