MC uses the "time machine" and goes to the future and meets winter Rinne (Kuon @ 13 y/o) and has sex with her, then returns to the "past". "Kuon" follows him to the past but ends up there ~20 years before he does. When he fucked her she got pregnant and gives birth to summer Rinne. Eventually it reaches the point where MC gets to the past and summer Rinne is an adult. He doesn't know she's his daughter because "Kuon" never tells him for various reasons and the "time travel" causes him to lose his memories each time. The true end in the VN is that through time traveling and going through the same cycle over and over and over his memories finally return and he goes back to the "future" to save winter Rinne (Kuon) at the point he originally met her so that she doesn't have to go through the suffering she did after following him back to the "past". The game ends at that point and has kind of an open ending. The shit where MC stays in the past and gets married to "Kuon" is anime only.
