I've basically had an entire free month to do nothing besides play Dota and watch streams when I'm not playing. Predominantly go Doom offlane because he's not someone you can easily counterpick (if people go linken's and ult yourself) and it's easy to stack creeps yourself as him. You can farm like crazy really early on once you win the laning phase and just win once you grab bkb and another item.
