I've stopped getting a dopamine rush from daily pulling. I haven't scouted a new trainee in three months despite daily pulling on every single banner like a degenerate. I have literally never pulled the rate up. Every now and then the support card book will show a gold tab. I used to get excited. Not anymore. It's always a card I have MLBd, except the couple times it's been one copy of the rate up (useless). Never a card I actually need. I didn't even get King to MLB until I dumped 200 pulls into Kita's rerun (this is after dumping over 400 pulls into her initial run and only pulling a single copy). You'd need an insane speed difference to have an uma 15-20 meters in front as an overtake target so vision debuffs don't do a lot, maybe sometimes you wouldn't be able to proc passing pro while in that exact situation where the skill made you blind to all overtake targets. Basically ignore it for all over purposes than savvy for all-seeing eyes.
