Make your own mods, slap them in, and you have a serviceable weapon with Berserk active. post2.0 they stay ineffective for a long time.if you find them effective, thats nice. I dont.

The movement speed is always awkward in this game. I don't remember Witcher 3 having this problem but you are way too fast when just pressing "W" and you're way too slow when toggling the "G" walk mode. Sometimes you get behind a NPC and you start walking in slow motion if walk mode is already toggled. Are there mod solutions or are you forced to use a controller or some kind of janky steam control solution? It's mostly a problem when following NPCs. I don't mind jogging when traversing the world.

Even the Headhunter shotgun felt terrible going through Japantown, primarily because of the new Skull enemies and headhunters low dps (slow firerate, slow reload, small ammo capacity) 1 or 2 shots to the head isnt enough, and any missed shot is a huge problem. And I was going from shop to shop buying all their mods and putting them together. I later scrapped that build and tried using a suppressed 5++ Tamayura, and it ran into similar problems. skull enemies wouldnt die, and since those weapons are designed to benefit from the stealth buff, once combat starts you are doing a lot less damage. I think it took about 2 magazines of all headshots to down the skull enemy in the Gig: Eye for an Eye. on Very Hard you are better off getting a Liberty / Plan B and trying to output as much damage as fast as possible. the Lexington would perform more consistently than a pistol made for stealth being used for stealth kills.After 2.0, i wouldnt recommend anyone play on Very Hard, especially for a first playthrough. The game simply scales poorly across multiple systems.two exception, if you are using Blades or netrunning.

And if you used the same spec at level 50, it would still be common but doing 300 damage. the only difference between rarity was extra stats and mod slots that were never critical to being powerful. they were "nice to have"s, not "need to have"sLegendary weapons would do about 20% more damage than necessary. now you can buy a weapon or spec for a ton of eddies and it will only do relevant damage for about 3-4 levels, and you have to find a new one.

But the issue isnt that the ai is bad, it is that some players decide to be so powerful that NPCs dont get a chance to make a decision. especially true with some netrunner builds. but these are choices players are making for themselves to ruin their experience. from having done basically a Splinter Cell 1 playthrough of 2077, i found the ai pretty damn good. And since i wasnt using guns, i got to see how they behave when given the time to choose. So 2.0 feels like they Nerfed V's power and made enemies more spongy to give them more time to act, but that comes at the cost of satisfying gameplay on harder difficulties. playing on normal should help avoid the poor balancing decisions of 2.0.

Also it has a huge humanity cost, so if your character lacks the humanity for it they are likely to go cyberpsycho. Kerenzikov is actually much better typically since it's on 24/7, but has an even higher humanity cost.If we are ignoring the tabletop and just going by CP77 and Edgerunners shit alone though? You either counter with your own Sandy or have a Kerenzikov with the boost system. That or tank it, like in the tabletop.
