I dislike gacha games because they feel like gachas. Endfield legit feels like a game - I love it, love engineering, love being a feudal lord, you legit feel like a boss, leader.There is, however... that thing I dislike about genshit, ZZZ, etc, still present in Endfield. You know that thing where the character stops, goes utterly still, and TURNS to an object when you press use?Like... it gets anchored to it. In western AAA such interactions are smooth - you can pick shit up while moving, overall, your character doesn't just go stiff.That is VERY apparent with the ziplines. In, say, assassin's creed - revelations - you jump onto a zipline, and it still feels free - there is no menu option that pops out, no stiff pose - yoou just jump - and hold shift - your hookblade/hand button, and the guy hooks his hook around the rope and ziplines downI feel like they could've made it much better. Thing is, genshit has that parachute thing from zelda for moving around. In Endfielfd - you can't just rappel or zip down whenever you like- you have to place it first - which would be fine - but you need ELECTRICITY for it, so... You end up not bothering. The least they could've added is some kind of.... rappelling system or a harpoon that you can shoot at a wall, then simply zip down using it, then zip back up using some kinda small wheel or some tech like thatOr, you know a fucking mount. Being able to like.. fly for 5 seconds would be nice if you're a sankta or something.Instead, you're just a walking guy

I hope in the future Hypergryph expands the construction system to let us build things other than a factory. I want to construct actual buildings that people can live and work in. I want to create a proper colony from the ground up, not just evolve a pre-made outpost but actually design it myself, placing the buildings down and upgrading them like Sim City. Imagine if we could populate a settlement with Endfield employees that we could use as manpower for various activities. Imagine if we could call in an airstrike or an armed convoy of Endfield soldiers to help us in battle. Better yet, I want Hypergryph to let us build and drive vehicles ourselves. It's such a no-brainer feature that is begging to be added to the game. It would be perfectly integrated into the factory, you'd have to build dedicated assembly lines for vehicles in specialized PACs equipped with garages and hangars, as well as produce fuel and spare parts for repairs. Since the game is semi-open world with instanced regions they could make vehicles available only in certain regions that are designed around them, like Lahai-Roi in Wuwa.There's so much potential bros, I can't wait to see where they take this

The factory I've come to like but the main gameplay being the shitty combat system we have just dissuades me from spending. There's no satisfaction playing these characters.
