Perlica and Endpipi do have synergy together you just need to put some investment into it. Perlica's combo skill Chain hits multiple targets if the enemies are Vulnerable, and her signature 5* boosts the entire team's physical AND electric damage upon triggering Electrification, which she force procs with combo and doesn't require any other arts infliction on the team. Then her combo skill is also among the easiest in the game to trigger, simply requiring you do any finishing strike with no other conditions, which means Endpipi's combo that triggers off other combos doing damage is always available. The canon wife team is endmin+chen+perlica, maybe the chinky dragon wife will also have phys/electric synergy since right now there's not actually a 6* electric operator

That area isn't even unlocked until you finish Valley-4's MSQ.Players have no reason to go back there in general.There's 2 side quests up there and basically nothing else. It just unlocks "cause."
