So where's the fuck is factory gameplay you faggots promised? I am more than 15 hours in, and I have not seen any need in factories beside the required tutorial completion. The tuorial base can generate enough bills to upgrade the shops and recycling stations. You unlock new mining resources and new techs not by building factories, but by progressing the story. And the story is locked behind your authority level which also doesn't require any factory gameplay. They really didn't think this through.
