Without any modules equipped, Hailey's base skill critical rate is 5%, and Viessa's is 20%. So that makes sense.But it still begs a question, of how they calculate percentage increases. +300% of 5% is 20%, so that checks out (Hailey). But for Viessa, +200% of 20% is not 100% and I do have 100% on Viessa. So there's something going on behind the scenes in how they add these values for some characters.
