I got Sakura and her weapon in 90 pulls. I'm pretty happy with this.But now I realize I probably won't be able to build her properly in a long time, given the lack of resources and the means to acquire them. Particularly attachments. I still only have a single atk/at%/crit SMG muzzle in over a year of playing, and only a single set of atk/atk%/crit burn SMG attachments.
