>>555640654Essences are a per weapon thing, I don't think it is even viable to farm them without the engraving tickets and those cost a lot of regional money so unless you have fully unlocked the depot/trading of the region it is best to postpone, you want a good factory as well.Fully random essences roll between 5 main stats, 8 different secondary stats and 8x ability stats.Unless you like gambling while wasting sanity just get money done first alongside the other progressions.Now for the guide: open index, press the round icon to the left of view on the essence things, find the weapon you want.Go to that area.Buy the engraving ticket, open the available essences/weapon match on the top of the page and look for similar 2nd and 3rd lines to the weapon you want, they are what I would consider secondary results.Choose the combination of main stat (what you choose 3) that matches more weapons either 2nd or 3rd line as you can only pick one.Get lucky on 33% of main line + 12.5% of not choosen line.

Now that I have tried several different teams, I'll can confidently say that Laevatain is actually really fun. I also like her team quite a bit. I played trough the whole story using Last-rite, and that got really really stale ngl. After that I brought a physical team using POG up to 70 and it was honestly way better too. I just managed to get my Heat team up and running, but so far Laevatain is only level 70 and her supports are 60, she still does a shitload of damage though So many of the early kits being stale won't do new players a favor getting into the game, and I don't doubt someone using Last-rite would find the combat way more boring compared to Avywenna or several other operators. Still I like all the characters, and Last-rite is really cute and I am glad that I got her. But I shan't be using her for over-world content ever again. Once we get some more demanding content that requires several teams I'll be glad to have them up and running though
