I've been skipping all the outpost quests because they feature random npcs I don't give a shit about.
I caved and rolled for Surtr and, as expected, I got the worst possible result. Went to 79 rolls(including the free 10pull), got exactly one 5* in each 10pull and won the coinflip for Surtr. I love this game a whole lot but I hate this gacha system so much.
