I think I underestimated how much self-insert centric this game would be.What I loved the most about Arknights is that it could be enjoyed by both self-inserters and people that don't.So far in Endfield everything just revolves around the Endmin, events are just a character trauma dropping themselves to you because you are totally the only one that understands them! That will be the only character development we will see in this game, people trauma dropping to you.At least in Wuwa it works a bit better as a non-self inserter because the MC character design is the best of all characters, so you can treat it as a character of their own. The endmin is purposely designed as bland as possible for you to self-insert into.I'm not sure if this is the game for me at all anymore as as someone that doesn't self insert, I don't feel like I will get much enjoyment out of this after playing the events.
