I was running around as Windwalker, and it looks like Expel Harm was removed as an ability, but the Monk talent tree has Vigorous Expulsion, which says it increases the healing of Expel Harm. I can't find any consistent info about it online. Is this just jank, or is Expel Harm on hero talents or a passive from something now?
