with rem it seems like if your team isn't already winning you're pretty much deadweight, his constant denial of enemy sacrifices is very valuable, and his kit is good enough to boost an already well-off team, problem arises when your team isn't doing that great and your impact isn't noticeable, you'd rather be literally any other support, his ultimate is great but not teamfight definining, i'd argue, looking at the support roster that it's the most lacking (albeit still very strong) his heal is pretty bad, the spirit buff he provides is negligeable paired with the spirit resist, you much rather be an actual hero that can cast abilities, do damage/cc instead of "healing" your teammates. the thing i like most about him is the minion buff mechanic and stealing crates/sacrifices with him, other than that he's extremely lackluster, they either need to give a micro stun on his pillow (maybe at rank 3?), give him more heal on his 2 or entirely rework the ability.
