This isn't to say that you can't play untamed or galeshot, it's just that due to power creep it's better suited to take the burstiest of the 4 elite specs for this case. Raids it is whatever to be honest, just play what you like the most for damage - untamed is better for sustained damage. Druid is your support spec, it can also dps but with specifically condi damage. The pet ui isn't too complicated, mainly you just need to worry about your pet running off if you have it set to aggresive and when to press your F2. If you play untamed the pet ui will expand, you can toggle what abilities to use on cooldown for the pet by pressing ctrl+right click on it thus making it more automated. Galeshot is okay, if you're new you will probably like it but I personally don't after playing this class for 13-14 years. Galeshot is good for quickdps and underwater combat, lining up your hawkeye bursts for fractals can be awkward and raid fights with high mobility have it perform better for obvious reasons. There aren't many cases for group content where you would want to actually be full ranged since you want to be close for boons

And their currently worked on code is clearly not isolated enough at least. I guarantee all new features are full of insane workarounds build on top of already existing old components, so it keeps toppling the whole game.
