I don't think it's terminal or anything, this is an existing friend group that has raided together since like Heavensward. Just definitely need to set some minimum requirements for raid hours next tier because I think this time around dipped low enough that people got frustrated/stopped engaging with the group, which in turn just made everything else get worse now that not enough people cared enough to problem-solve.
