To any anona that had issues with sudden fps drops and stuttering after a while, if you are on nvidia it is probably a driver issue. I installed 591.59, the one the game even recommends you if you have an older driver installed, and i have no more stuttering. Tried the newest, my usual and the 566 driver and all had some issues. 591.59 works like a charm. Maybe it will help you as well.
