Unfortunately this consumes his moonlight Azure Blade stacks after which directly weakens his DPT due to less critical hit damage. So in boss fights you might actually prefer to never use his s3.So yea, S2 bad if multiple targets, s3 bad if single target, s1 is an s1. Maybe tanky, maybe good at evading. Hopefully he gains poise potency quickly or else he'll never reach reasonable Moonlight Blade stacks (like Barber Outis) and waste what little he gains on his s3.Gregor by comparison seems cracked.
