That's not worth spending 400 fucking SP (or 200+two combo skills) instead of just crushing twice for hundreds of thousands of damage. Not to mention there's other characters who can give more than 20% damage as a buff without wasting hundreds of SP and taking up a slot on the team. Breach would need to be 25% at one stack and 100% at four stacks of vulnerability to be worth using that many resources on it, then instead of just four stack Crushing twice you'd have some reason to do the debuff first. 20% is pathetic
