The cheat table drops 4 SC at a time, 3 of which are fake drops, with Sneaky Stuff it only drops one SC (the true SC drop) causing you to waste less time simply picking up fake SC, also meaning your game won't crash dropping in more than 3 resupply drops at once. Why not use Sneaky Stuff on it's own? The issue is that Sneaky Stuff's infinite stratagem option isn't as robust as the cheat table's, which is why we're combining them.
