Wanderer of the Void and Rally both got Exhaust, which feels like a slap in the face with how they keep going on about how they're gonna make neutral cards more worthwhile, then nerf the only ones people consistently use without buffing any in turn. Spirit Kefox also got nerfed, now it adds Retrieve to a card instead of duping it.
