>>556208867From what I found is that You need to use a gear that has a higher bases value for a 'good match' which means the using the same gear isn't actually optimal. An example is using the off piece jade seal gear that gives 25.4% ult regen compared to a on set piece which gives less, and that has a better match. Unfortunately, there are some gear that already has the highest base value, then you're out of luck and should just use something similar.
