Even in lane you can cause no end of headache by putting them on your medic (35% all res and damage and 14/s heal at level 1 with no scaling) and as soon as he maxes 3 he becomes the strongest split pusher in the game. You don't even lose the souls, they're automatically fed to your team, and with how fast he can get around and go through vents he's nearly impossible to catch out unless he's afk. Spirit scaling gives you both tons more trooper heal and tons more pillow damage so you can show up, delete a wave, put a helper on a trooper, and then fuck off in the span of like 10 seconds. It's gnarly.
