It's because they discontinued the Tempest Trial freebie. The fans are upset and hurt. We missed out on a guaranteed cute girl last month (on the Pegasi banner, though knowing these devs they would inflict upon us Shitgure or something) and we're going to miss out on a beloved character in April because it's the kids banner, and the bridal banner is usually game specific so we'll miss out on another character people want too. Obviously the game-agnostic banners are a little different, they only had shitty TTs anyway so it's not a big deal, but Valentines, Brides and Kids is a massive loss.
You don't need a special reason to explain why people did not roll for a line-up of characters that people have never rolled for. This is literally the 4th time Veyle has set a record low for something.
