At the start of the fight you snipe their heads and dodge until they fall over and their wind/flame aura shuts off and then you can attack nonstop. So obviously they're going to try and stop you from doing that by charging nonstop and just generally being spastic. Don't stand in front of them and once you topple them make sure to keep flinching the head periodically because if you don't they'll turn their auras back on. They're genuinely easy fights if you can be patient for like a minute at the start. If you don't want to be patient you can flash them and turn off their aura temporarily but you'll need to topple them before it runs out or it's back up after.
