Fennie enjoys a strong matchup vs eggs but some of the other dragon variants fare a bit better against other decks. Eggs is relatively passive in the midgame, so you can afford to play Fennie into them and then run them over with discounted cards before they can setup bubz and turn 10+ plays. Personally I can't play Fennie ramp. I won't draw Fennie or ramp and instead just draw the 10 drops despite my best efforts during mulligan. It drives me crazy.
