The same goes for your shadow bringers, stop sending them in 1 minute windows, save both charges for your 2 minute burst. Those will make a much bigger difference to your game play across the whole tier as opposed to a minor optimisation of using 1 less unmend in 1 specific scenario in 1 specific fight
