radiation and viral really should have opposite effects. Radiation directly damages your body, so reducing hp makes sense. And viruses can affect your brain and change how you think, so it makes sense that it would confuse enemies.

Primed mods are superior to their base version but are much more expensive to max out and have a higher capacity cost. Galvanized mods are ever so slightly weaker than their base version but give stacking stats per kill. Archon mods are the same as their base ver. but have a side effect. Riven mods are mods with completely random Diablo-style stats, you use a resource called Kuva to re-roll them. They're not needed but if you can roll or acquire a good one, you can minmax your weapon just slightly more or possibly sell it for a lot of platinum
