So, realistically, how can they fix the arsenal ticket question? Pulling to the 120 pity only gives you ~4 10pulls on the weapon banner on average. The expected number of pulls to get the rate up on average is past the 8 pity, so you'll have to hit pity more often than not. So once your beginner funds are gone, you'll have to buy ~4000 arsenal tickets on average to get the rate up weapon every time you want to get an op and their signature weapon. Am I just not gacha brained if this extremely off-putting? I'd be fine with spending some money on dlc like this if it was ~$15 to ensure my op isn't gimped, but with how much arsenal tickets cost, I'd rather just spend the money on a game that already includes everything

The only way to get tickets otherwise is to waste pulls on potentials and other ops, which I don't care for. I'd rather just buy a whole game every couple of months for that much.
