Rate my gameplay idea, /bag/:Volunteer Operations (working title) where you can send a student for a specified duration (1 day, a week, a month, etc.) where they are deployed and earn passive rewards for the duration and a bonus upon completion. While deployed they can not be used for any other content - raids, PvP, missions, etc. Their performance is tied to their general stats, so an undergeared lvl 1 student probably won't be able to fully clear a high tier volunteer job and will gradually lose more and more health until she is defeated and returns.The idea is to be able to make use of non-meta students or just girls that people don't really use for anything, and to give them a purpose and something to gear and level them up for. Some jobs might even have certain modifiers that are tailored towards specific students.No need to credit me, John.
