cobalt armor actually is really good for melee, and palladium is great for recovering hp. mythril has high crit, orichalcum is great for ranger and mage, really the only bad ore armor is titanium because of that dumb set bonus that never comes into play unless you're trying to exclusively use the feldspar bananas

I've been working on an basic mod loader. Not anywhere as useful as tModLoader, not even TerrariaTweaker cuz no UI, but should be good enough. Just drop a .dll in your mods folder and it just werks, remove it, just werksn't

not really, you should just make hellevators 3-wide down to the start of the cavern layer around the things you want to protect - your pylon towns, jungle inside edge, and around whatever evil biomes you have

It's really easy to contain above ground corruption even if it goes out of control, if you'll notice the top layer of the world is mostly dirt with spackles of stone so underground corruption has a really hard time spreading to your base since it only spreads throw sand/ice/stone

It's real.
However, only 1 seems to be able to exist in the world - that means the item itself, not even when it's placed as furniture. If one is in a player's inventory or a chest in the world, more won't drop.
Your only way of "farming" them is moving them to another world, coming back and killing another EoC.
You can't shimmer them, so you have to nuke the altars on two worlds if you want two variants.

20 hours in, and I have yet to defeat the 2nd Boss. Only defeated EoC because he spawns randomly.

You should really do it before hardmode
I told myself I would, but I just made a bunch of shitty commieblocks again and now it's a pain to even try building because hardmode spawns like turts flood in and do so much more dmg than the occasional jungle bat or slime
Plus, it gives you an actual reason to care about protecting your towns from biome spread

Sometimes i wish there was a way to "pacify" specific hostile mobs so that they interacted with you instead of becoming hostile. Like picking up a roman crown and the hoplites kneel before you as long as youre wearing it, or picking up a harpy related item and instead of being a nuisance while fishing in the sky they just sit around and chill.

Making a wizard tower but I dunno how to decorate these two remaining rooms.
I want to make the bottom part a living area and then possibly make upstairs the main bedroom or a extravagant bathroom but I'm not really sure about proper furnishing and kind of don't know what to do with them.

This is pre-hardmode and it's my first time playing this game and doing my own personal build.
