If you manage to kill someone on Saika's 2nd turn with her 3rd skill, you get an extra turn which will further get you closer to using your 2nd skill again. I recommend building Saika with crit rate and speed.Try building the last two members (who should probably be Agility and Power) around Mai and Saika. Minasaki is a very good Power choice since she'll make sure Saika crits very hard and often. Michea Silkys also seems pretty good with a crit build, but you will have to invest heavily into her.
