In this case, it's about rewards and how to frame them, and it uses food to primarily tell this story.Tenka just got off Japan's long new years break, and goes back to work. She had a lot of fun on her break, eating sweets, sleeping a ton, and just lazing around with the entire family. She had so much fun that she actually overslept her first day back, and she wishes that her break had never ended, but she luckily made it to the office in time. Unfortunately, all her snacking on the break caused her to not be able to fit into her new tight fitting china dress for her new job.As a response, Producer makes Tenka exercise a ton, both with him and the normal trainer, and they do all sorts of exercises. During this, he gives her some hot cocoa, a regular drink for Tenka, but she's unsure if she should drink it. He tells her that it's okay for her to drink it, because even if she's working this hard, she needs to have some enjoyment once in a while. She understands what he means and happily takes the hot cocoa.The next time Tenka tries to try on her dress for work, it magically fits and they're all very happy. Tenka feels how tight fitting it is and is worried that it might tear when she tries to do her photoshoot, so she says she needs to lose more weight, but the stylist reassures her that it won't. Tenka ends up directly feeling the effects of her hard work to get into the dress and feels proud of herself. Unfortunately, they will need her to wear the dress again, so she's a bit sad about needing to hold off on sweets again. To be continued in a second post.
