TIL Zenless Zone Zero has a pretty cute robot girl who spends the vast majority of her screentime covered by her human hologram. The devs made a system specifically for her that lets her freely swap between her robot and human form in hub areas, but she's stuck in her human form in battle aside from when she swaps for 2 seconds during her ultimate skill. She also gives you a special picture if you get 6 copies of her from the gacha (which is only reasonably done by getting really lucky, spending lots of money, or planning well in advance), one that's apparently supposed to show the character's truest self or something like that. The picture in question shows her in her human disguise with the robot as a tiny little chibi. While promotional media features both designs, only her oldest promotional pictures seems to feature her robot design.

God fucking damn it.
This happens every fucking time.
Who the hell are they marketing her to? Robot girl fans that are already playing the game would probably roll for her since the number of proper robot girls in gacha games could be counted on one hand with fingers to spare, but most of them are gonna hate the fact that almost all of her screentime is in her human form.
Some of the people who hate robot girls might roll for her since she spends so much time as a human, but they're gonna be disappointed by the fact that she's actually a robot and might get alienated by that.
It's not like they don't have actual robot characters in the game, there's two playable robot guys. One of them is, as far as I know, a well liked major character who gets a ton of screentime. So what's wrong with having a robot girl that actually looks like a robot girl sometimes? Apparently she's scared people won't like her robot form or something, but that's clearly just an excuse to have the hologram form more.

On the bright side, at least the cute robot girl actually has a design that makes her look like a cute robot girl for once. Honestly, that's what makes it hurt so much this time. They seem to have come SO close to having a very cute playable robot girl, but they chickened out the moment they had to actually give her screentime.
The most depressing part is that no matter how much ZZZ fumbled Aria, they still did way better than practically all other robot girl media. Even the ones with a title and story that can be summed up as "Robot Girl: The Robot Who is a Robot and Not a Human and Acts Like a Robot" always seem to love making their robots look practically human in every way. If you're lucky, you might get a few metal bits sticking out somewhere.

Also not gonna lie the gimmick of this event is actually kinda fun, especially because it turns out the "Giant" status effect actually STACKS with Aqua's Gigantic Form, so combining the two allows Aqua to triple in size which given how big she can already get means she pretty much can turn into a Kaiju Girl.
Also, coincidentally enough I actually pulled the girl who seems to be the main researcher of chocolate (chocologist?) on the island by chance roughly a week or so back when the thread was then discussing the effects of giving chocolate to certain monster girls at the time, but I ended up deciding not to post her because she's the "Dwarf-In-The-Flask" Homunculus, so she just looks like a human girl in a bottle and while it's faithful sure I just assumed anons wouldn't really be interested in the design. it's only a small reprieve for the moment though because they introduced a bugged character in their 'collab' last week, announced they'd fix it "next week", and then when their """fix""" went live yesterday whatever they did turned out to not only not actually fix the problem that one girl had but it fucking broke their entire combat's attack speed system to the point that numerous girls fight like they're wading through molasses and Lucretia has now become literally fucking unusable. admittedly putting aside the fact that the attack speed system crash ended up completely bricking Lucretia, just how much they ended up utterly breaking their own game this update is starting to get kinda funny. apparently they cannibalized the staff of it for that cthulhu game that's under construction, and that game hasn't even had any gameplay shown yet. it would explain why they've been steadily having more and more problems over the past half a year, but it's still probably not a good sign. I'd much rather then focus on this game than split off for something that's even more niche.

I think those should just be save files? One of them is probably for the global data, and the others different states. I don't know how many save files you had in Paradox, though. You could try simply putting them all in the save folder and seeing what loads and what doesn't.

Save01 is your save in slot 1, the extra numbers I assume is because of what you used to recover it, grab whatever seems the most recent and make sure it only says save01 it won't work with the extra numbers. That's the thing, these other saves are from various different games and the revac did not bring the games back so I may have to download them all again or maybe it did and since it brought everything back in a jumbled mess instead of in it's folders each and every game I had on there may need to be redownloaded and just putting in the save file will retain what i lost.

This is starting to look more and more like a weekend project so 8 or 9 games including paradox as well as at least it and paradox had multiple save files on it from before part 3 came out.

I swear to God it's like the game somehow knows.
It's also another character set completed though so it's kinda nice. Apparently she actually really hates chocolate but keeps getting it from all the other vampires so instead of just continuing to throw all of it away she decided to make a gun and just shoot it at people so she can get rid of it that way. Until she discovered that chocolate improves blood flow, at which point she's now trying to get the main character to either eat a bunch of chocolate or get him to mix his blood in with chocolate so she can have it that way.
Also went back to the first Valentine's event that her and >>557076552 are both from and it turns out that one was centered around a Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory that just suddenly popped up on the island one day, with the plot twist being it's protected by the dog cops and run by the Angel-Fox Beast God who's filling the role of the factory owner in a plot to keep the guy for herself. And then they fall victim to their own plan like the last several times, because they're all retards lmao. Why would dogs even be running a chocolate factory? Well, I guess it IS the last thing you would ever expect them to be running.

Yeah, I beat the game and got the trio of whiteals done I had just come back to the game to beat off when I ran into this issue now everything is gone, even if I were to redownload the game which I robaby should since it's gotten a bunch of quality of life updates since I last played, but I really don't wanna go through all that again paradox is never a straight download it's a bunch of other stuff I can't remember anymore before it's ready to play.

you know now that I'm thinking about it I don't think I've ever actually recruited the Whityel Trio. I guess I keep forgetting, since I've never actually seen the event either, even if I already know what happens in a couple of them since Gabriella and Sub-Ilias's 'aftermaths' are joked about a lot. Usually I'm just running around spending time with My Wife or just collecting items I haven't yet.
I also realize now I don't actually remember how to share a file but if you do decide to eventually redownload the game I'm sure either I can try to figure it out or another anon can provide a postgame file for you.

They finally fixed the bug today and now I can at last play through the new event with Lucretia properly! And I got her a new ability to double her crit damage to boot so she's hitting twice as hard now! I know I like Okyuu but Lucretia's still my other favorite girl here being the reason I'm even playing this game in the first place and she's just really fun so I'm glad she's back to normal now. I could definitely feel her absence.

Valentine's Day must be one of the most beloved days of the year for Harpies as a whole now that I'm thinking about it; it combines two things that they all love: chocolate and romance! What's not great about that?

It's pretty fun to imagine other kinds of parodies or spoofs of famous works that Monster Girls could be involved in. There's just something about putting Monster Girls into more mundane or recognizable situations like that almost invariably causes them to become extremely hilarious to watch. It makes me glad it comes up pretty often, at least in what I frequent. I still can't believe Promestein managed to work in a magic school bus reference.
