It's just that obviously, Anti-Tails would never follow anyone. But in that regard, "Anti-Tails" becomes Peter Parker, where you'd have this extremely arrogant kid abusing his amazing abilities with a Sonic-like attitude of freedom and independence, only to make a huge irresponsible mistake that forces him to learn the Knuckles lesson of "great power = great responsibility". But Peter Parker having the same root as Tails, being a bully victim that tinkers with technology, and also feeling like a bit of a subversion of Robin whilst mirroring Robin as an "acrobat" of sorts as well, blurs the boundary too much.

But like a girl nerd who thinks she's better than you 'cause you're just a dumb boy or whatever.Blaze has a more logical mind compared to Sonic, but in her case the Tails similarity is her background of being bullied causing her to be timid and socially withdrawn despite being a princess. Someone once criticized how Tails ends up written like Sally in certain instances like the Meta Era or the manga or whatever, and that's because Tails is A) "Boy Blaze" apparently, andB) a younger version of Knuckles, at the same time. Tails is a contrast to Sonic as his "partner". Therefore Knuckles, the Anti-Sonic, takes aspects of Tails and heightens them -against- Sonic, and Blaze has the same contrasting elements of both to assert her as the direct opposite inverse of Sonic. Tails, Knuckles and Blaze all have roots in being socially withdrawn or naive introverts, for example.
