New mechanics, new ideas, maybe reused ideas from older expacs or other content pieces.Floor 3: Spreads/stacks boogaloo mechanics check with most of the time decent dps check (M11S was overblown by complete shitcans, it was the same as every other third floor since Asphodelos).Floor 4: Can be kind of anything but usually has an expansion-gimmick.
