It's definitely worth building one anyways, elemental damage is a common issue with events and later stages, plus they have absolutely gigantic range which is very nice. They don't have as much base healing as other medics because their skills are usually 100% focused on elemental damage, but they're key to have eventually. But in your case it might make sense to build one sooner to pair with Mutsumi.

This is impossible because every once in a while you will get a stage where you will need more than your typical newbie setup, which is from what I;ve seen at least 2 snipers, 2 tanks, 2 casters, and then depending on the map 1 or 2 healers, guards, vanguards, etc.Also, not a single CC covered what I wondered about the most in game and had to look up wiki pages of operators for it.
